T3 is looking for a Junior Online Analyst to join our New York office.
The Junior Online Analyst will work integrally across all teams within the agency to support data analysis for the advancement of client business. He/she will be responsible for aggregating internal and external data sources, creating actionable trend information, and ensuring that internal constituents have the information necessary to make informed business and marketing decisions. The ideal candidate will possess a superior understanding of the tools and techniques for analyzing online media and website performance. The candidate must work well with cross-functional teams of marketing professionals, media teams, content creators and clients.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Work closely with the analytics team to generate reports and analysis of online trends and support for optimization
- Responsible for developing reporting templates and creating reporting dashboards for internal and client use
- Coordinate with account and media teams to understand all aspects of a campaign and facilitate gathering and documentation of measurement requirements
- Work with site analytics and media tools to monitor campaigns and generate reports. Participate in the writing of requirements for new enhancements.
- Work with developers to set up and QA tracking tags/ tools for optimal reporting
- Contribute to design and execution of experiments and test models
Experience:
- 1- 2 years online media or website analysis experience
- Strong computer skills and a high level of proficiency in Access, Excel, PowerPoint and SQL
- Experience with website and media tracking tools a plus (ie- Omniture, Mediaplex, Google Analytics)
- Statistical skills are a plus
Education: Bachelor`s degree is required.
